Nexindio Mining Corporation is a junior mining company. We have properties and we advance exploration programs. Las Tortolas has a few diamond drill perforations which show high contents of Gold, Copper and Silver. Las Hendiondas yields copper, gold and silver mineralization which are of increasing economic interest world- wide.

Nexindio is committed to the principles of good governance, and the Company employs a variety of policies, programs and practices to manage corporate governance and ensure compliance. Throughout the development and operation of the mine, we will continue to support and cooperate with municipalauthorities, in order to align our interests and activities with those of the town and local governments.

The Nexindio Board believes that these guidelines will continue to evolve to address all applicable regulatory and stock exchange requirements relating to corporate governance and will be modified and updated as circumstances warrant. It is also the Board's responsibility to ensure that the business and affairs of Nexindio are conducted ethically and with the utmost integrity.
